DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery is made within 10 working day from the date when of receives order confirmation. Delivery shall be conducted by a shipment service provider chosen by JOVIAL WATCHES CO LLC. The customer has to pay standard costs for VAT & Duties which may depend on order value, and where it is shipped to (in some cases).

To give you the best shopping experience, you now no longer have to pay the shipping fee. JOVIAL Watches will be paying this fee in order for you to be Shipping free shopping.

We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 10 to 12 working Days to Other Countries.

Free shipping worldwide by UPS

  • Shipping: We will fulfill and ship your order within 24h during working days. You will receive a tracking number in your e-mail to check the status of your order. If not, just contact us on Facebook, Instagram or send an e-mail to customerservice@jovialwatch.com
  • Delivery: Our standard free shipping takes 10- 12 working days. Please note that our expected time frames are estimates and can vary due to factors outside may expect delays.
  • Taxes and Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

We're not able to reship a parcel that has been returned to us, so you'll need to place a new order if you still want the items.

If no contact can be made and no reply has been received within 9 days, the carrier will automatically return the parcel to JOVIAL Watch. We'll issue a refund for your order once it arrives back at our warehouse, if it was already paid online.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Limitation of Liability:
As nothing else is determined in these general terms and conditions. JOVIAL WATCHES CO LLC not bears any responsibility for damages. In general damages in cases of mild negligence resulting in loss of life, bodily harm or damage to health. As far as liability of JOVIAL WATCHES CO LLC is excluded or limited in these general terms and conditions then the same applies for personal liability for damages on the part of employees, representatives and agents.
